You retain full ownership of any data and content you add to Spendify (such as your transactions, notes, and category names). We do not claim any ownership over your content. We only use it as necessary to provide the Service to you.

Spendify is a tracking tool only. We do not provide financial, tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice. Nothing on the Service should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its design, code, branding, text, graphics, and other content created by us — is owned by Grid Tools and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.

Spendify relies on third-party services such as Google Firebase and Cloudflare to operate. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Their use is subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep Spendify available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access toSpendify at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and data by emailing us.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spendify and Grid Tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grid Tools and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
